Service Charges

Koshy Realty services has standard, non-negotiable fees and commissions and charges that are at par with market rates. We believe in fair pricing

and offering its customers the best possible value for money.

For re-sale of a property (commercial and residential): 2% plus Service Tax where transaction value upto 20 lacs and 1.5% where

transaction value more than 20 lacs, from both Buyer and Seller.

For new / original booking: No charges from the Buyer

For renting (residential and commercial) – 1 month rent plus Service Tax from both Buyer & Seller.
